Dos Pinceles x Oda a la Moda| Stack it Up

There is no need to force things when everything fits perfectly. Whether is a blouse with a baggy-kinda' fit or your favorite ring pieces, it al feels so good when things are just so right. As you all know, that is my case when it come to the golden jewelry, specially rings. Even though I prefer simplicity when it comes to clothing, I choose to differ with my selection of finger pieces. I don't know why I have always found interesting the way people stack up their rings, because, being honest here, that is a very difficult thing to do. I always try to combine the simple ones with the bold ones, and that takes me about 5-7 minutes, trust me that is a LOT of time. invested on rings only. For some reason that was not the case this time.

When it comes to Dos Pinceles that decisive moment is very brief.  Their variety of jewelry is immense and for those who enjoy combining and staking up, these girls have you covered. I really love the way that just one of their pieces has the power to start a conversation. For example the ring that holds both, a sphere and a line it's to die for, and trust me you will not go unnoticed with this one. To fill up the blanks or remaining fingers, pair them with a lot of minimalist rings, alongside another bold yet simple ones. Never forget to leave some spaces between fingers on one hand and be a little more reckless on the other. In any case, it is all about balance.

La Tigre Uomo x Oda a la Moda| Men's Section

When it comes to shopping I have always ended up in the men's section. Not only because I have two brothers or because I mostly go shopping with my male friends but because big blouses and big trousers are a go go for me. I hope you all agree with me on this one. Wether it's only the fact of wearing something of the opposite sex or maybe the way it fits us, there is something incredibly sexy about a woman in men's clothes. I have always believed in practical over fashionable. There is no place for suffering when it comes to my wardrobe.

This time I went for a full manly look. In order to accomplish that I went to La Tigre Uomo. A men store with an italian vision and a caribbean touch located in Condado, San Juan. La Tigre Uomo is the place to go for this father's day gift. Once I entered the store I found a big, white blouse and big, white and blue striped trousers. A classic european men combo'. Breezy and comfy' enough for this puerto rican weather, that can and is your best gift option. Not just because it is a great outfit, but because it is versatile enough for a woman to wear it too 😉  That means more outfit options for him and you, even if he doesn't know it!

Boca Ciega x Oda a la Moda| Geometric

I have always been a person that prefers neutrals over vibrant colors. Not that I don't enjoy wearing a bold red piece or a patterned blouse, but I always tend to stay calm when it comes to clothing. Staying low on you outfit choices does not mean boring, but people tend to relate both terms and that is BIG mistake. What those people don't know is that in order to make yourself standout among a diverse crowd of patterns, fabrics, and colors sometimes you just gotta keep it simple, and that my friends, is the hard part. They way you complement your outfit say a lot about you as a person, and of course your appearance is the first thing everyone sees. Wether you decide to keep it simple or wrapped yourself with a lot of jewelry, that is the finishing touch to the beginning of your day or night.

As you all know I am always wrapped in golden pieces. Maybe it is because of the classiness it adds to my outfits or because it makes me stand out among a colorful or pale crowd. To add a little more of a shocking touch, feel free to play with the different shapes or forms your selection of earrings, bracelets, rings, etc... has to offer. I do enjoy adding geometrical shapes to my #OOTD and with these Boca Ciega earrings my guilty pleasure is satisfied. Notice that even though I am wearing a blouse with silver circles I still chose triangle and golden pieces. That I never do, but honestly, with this Boca Ciega  pieces that was not a problem for me.
